Alternative NJ Wedding Reception Site: Renault Winery
In our previous post, we introduced you to the Adventure Aquarium in Camden as one New Jersey alternative wedding reception site. We’ve found a second alternative NJ wedding reception site for you to check out. This second wedding reception alternative site, the Renault Winery, is located in Egg Harbor in Atlantic County. It is actually a resort. On one side of the street is the Renault Winery. On the other side, is the Tuscany House Hotel and Joseph’s Restaurant. The old world style of the hotel includes Mediterranean marble, tile, wood, verandas, and courtyard. Your guests may enjoy the elegant hotel and golf course in addition to your lovely, romantic wedding.
The Renault Winery offers three banquet rooms for you to choose from. Each room includes a dance floor and each reception includes a one-hour cocktail hour and a three-hour sit down dinner. Since your NJ wedding reception would be at a winery, wine and wine-based cocktails are offered, but not hard liquor. You may provide bottled beer for your guests at no extra cost.
If you would like to have a small, sit-down dinner wedding reception on a Friday or Sunday for 25 - 50 people, you can reserve the Burgandy Room. You and your guests will enter the wine vault room through a wine casket. What a great opportunity for photos!
The next sized wedding reception room, The Vintage Room, holds 60 - 150 guests. It is an old-world-style room with wine caskets and a working fireplace. How romantic for a cool evening reception!
The largest wedding reception room is The Renault Grand Ballroom. The Ballroom can accommodate 150 - 280 wedding guests who will be in awe as you enter your wedding reception down an elegant staircase. Your reception will start with a cocktail hour in the Veranda Room overlooking the scenic grounds.
In addition to the Renault Winery wedding receptions, the Tuscany House also offers a setting for an elegant wedding reception for 75 - 180 guests within their old world decor. A Tuscany wedding offers you the use of free flowing rooms and an outdoor patio for your cocktail hour.
If you would like a romantic getaway, visit the Renault Winery for the weekend, taking in their tour and wine tasting, too.
